This is not much of an upgrade than the circulating copy shared by Ivan. This appears to be the same source, but there was some doubt whether the circulating tape was lossy or not? This tape is definitely lossless.

'Darkness' is cut. 'Prove It' is cut at the beginning and is a bit muffled. As is 'Not Fade Away' and 'Gloria'. 'Adam Raised A Cain' ending is cut.
