Notes from info file:
What this recording lacks in quality, and make no mistake, it LACKS, it makes up with, for one, there is almost no audience noise on this, and there is only about 2 seconds of music missing, if that much. Also it is a previously uncirculated show. That is this tape's biggest, if only plus. If this show was already out there, I would never share this tape. However, once your ears get used to it, the tape is not unlistenable at all. I enjoyed listening to it for the first time in 18+ years. I really do not remember much of this show. I remember we scalped our upper level tickets for lower bowl. This is a very low fidelity but clear recording. I vaguely remember being pretty far back on Bruce's right. Reunion was not sold out, but it was a great crowd. He says this is the first playing of Santa on the tour. One thing I take away from listening to this, THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS BAND. You get the entire master tape in this transfer. I EQ'ed the heck out of it. I used the loudest channel to split for a mono recording. Believe me there was nothing stereo about the recording to begin with. To my ears it is greatly improved over a plain transfer. If you want it to fit on 3 cds, you need to put the encore set after set 1 Part 2 on disc 2. SEE BELOW. Tracks done on the fly so they are not perfect.
