Saw Oat's post of the ‘A Night With The Jersey Devil [LPbo]’ that was uploaded to the Jungleland site. Interesting…. As usual, this is a re-hash of widely circulating recordings that are compiled with some sort of theme. For the collector...I guess having it on Vinyl is something... and RED Vinyl even cooler ... maybe... I understand. I can offer the more complete mixes of some of these tracks from what I have. 1. A Night With The Jersey Devil - This is only slightly different… my mix has an additional mix of horns (stereo). 2. Monster Mash - This of course is a stereo IEM mix (vs John’s mono IEM recording – which is also missing background vocals). 3. Mountain Of Love (Buffalo) - Seems to be just an Audience recording… In contrast, this is a full stereo IEM, matrixed with the circulating AUD (Uncirculated). 4. Rendezvous (Buffalo) - This could be included in a rarities collection, as, I think, it was only performed 2x on the 2012 tour… … again.. a stereo IEM, matrixed with Aud. (Uncirculated) The LP versions posted on Jungland run very fast… not sure if it's a faulty capture or just a faulty bootleg. I mirrored the length and fades of the original bootleg tracks as much as possible. I haven’t posted my Buffalo mix… as it is not very complete. Had reception issues though out the show, and only have a few songs that would be considered complete. (you’ll note that Rendezvous has a slight signal fade.. ). At some point, I may go back and revisit some of my 'incomplete' recordings/mixes that I haven't circulated.. and put them out as a batch of orphan recordings... we'll see.
