Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band Palais Des Sport Paris, France April 19, 1981 (Recorder 2) Lineage: CDR Trade > EZ Dupe Stand Alone > CDR > MacBook Pro > xACT 2.21 > Peak Pro XT (volume smoothing / subtle tweak) > xACT 2.21 > FLAC The effort to get all multiple recorders documented and circulating continues with the second night in Paris on The River Tour. Two recorders available for this stop, this is a 2nd recorder compared to "2nd Night In Paris" (earlmv version). I traded for this in the late 1990's and thought I had lost a portion to CDR rot (I have no details on the original tape to CD transfer), but after numerous failed attempts to rip the tracks due to one track at the end of Disc 1, I was able to make a copy using a stand alone EZ Dupe machine. Fortunately, the EZ Dupe copy plays and ripped perfectly. An overall solid capture for this leg of the River tour, there are no cuts I'm aware of and only some very slight flutter only really noticeable during the more quiet segments probably due to some tape degradation, but it's nothing that interferes with the overall enjoyment of the show imho . This is a great show and sounds like there was a lot of energy in the building that night, show contains the premier of the re-worked 'Follow That Dream' and a rare outing of 'Sweet Soul Music' as a stand alone outside of the 'Detroit Medley'. 101 Follow That Dream 102 Badlands 103 The Ties That Bind 104 Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out 105 Darkness On The Edge Of Town 106 Independence Day 107 Who'll Stop The Rain 108 Two Hearts 109 Out In The Street 110 Thunder Road 111 This Land Is Your Land 112 The River 113 Prove It All Night 114 The Promised Land 201 Cadillac Ranch 202 Sherry Darling 203 Hungry Heart 204 Because The Night 205 You Can Look (But You Better Not Touch) 206 Point Blank 301 Racing In The Street 302 Ramrod 303 Rosalita (Come Out Tonight) 304 Can't Help Falling In Love 305 Born To Run 306 Detroit Medley - High School Confidential 307 Sweet Soul Music 308 Rockin' All Over The World
