For those looking for protective record sleeves at a good price, I've been dealing with this seller from Belgium: fonorama@pandora.be
My last purchase was
200 x anti-static 7" paper sleeves
100 x resealable 7" plastic sleeves
100 x resealable 12" plastic sleeves
20 x plastic sleeve 350x350mm for LP box sets
20 x plastic sleeve 345x345mm for LP box sets

I paid EUR 58 including delivery to Switzerland, which I think is a good price.
