As far as I know, there are at least 5 versions of the Holland vinyl pressing of Darkness On The Edge Of Town.

Notes:
- I think I listed all the versions in the correct chronological order.
- It is possible that copies exist that are similar to version 1 but without an asterisk on the labels.

Promo issues:

Version 1, promo stamped:

Some copies of version 1 have a German promo stamp, and some of these also include a "Plattenpass" info sheet.

Lyrics inserts:

All versions seem to include a white lyrics insert.


Inner sleeves:

There seems to be at least three variations of the inner sleeve. Some are cardboard, some are paper. Some have no die-cut, some have a die-cut on the top of the front side, some have a die-cut on the top of the back side. I will list them in details once I have all versions of the Dutch pressing in hands.


Nice Price inserts:

One of my copies of version 5 came with two identical Nice Price inserts. Obviously the presence of two instead of one is a mistake, but I'm not sure if this insert indeed belongs to this LP or it was mistakenly added by some previous owner. I need to see more specimen with such insert to confirm.


Nice Price stickers:

So far I've seen one type of "Nice Price" sticker on version 3.

Version 1, with Swiss price code sticker:

I have a copy of version 1 that exported to Switzerland. It has a Swiss yellow CBS price code sticker on the back sleeve.


Version 2, with Swiss price code sticker:

I have a copy of version 2 that exported to Switzerland. It has a Swiss yellow CBS price code sticker on the back sleeve.

I've your version 2 but with sunburst labels. Inner sleeve is made of cardboard paper and not the regular thin one.

As soon as I can I will try to add the necessary information regarding the inner sleeves.

And according to this photo from Facebook, there seems to be at least 5 versions of the Nice Price sticker for the Dutch pressing.

Today I added a new version to my collection. I completely revised and updated the original post.
