The song opened the show in the memory of Warren Zevon who passed away three days earlier. That was the only time Bruce Springsteen performed MY RIDE'S HERE live.
Bruce Springsteen's live 10 Sep 2003 version of MY RIDE'S HERE was included on Enjoy Every Sandwich: The Songs Of Warren Zevon, a various artists Warren Zevon tribute album released in October 2004 on Artemis Records.
