The Rolling Stones' 15 Dec 2012 concert in Newark, NJ was part of the band's 50 & Counting tour, in support of their GRRR! compilation album released the previous month. The concert featured guest appearances from Lady Gaga, John Mayer, Gary Clark Jr.. the Black Keys, Bruce Springsteen and former Stones guitarist Mick Taylor.
The full 15 Dec 2012 concert was originally broadcast as the pay-per-view 2012 concert film One More Shot: The Rolling Stones Live before being remixed and re-edited and released as a live album, titled Grrr Live!, on 10 Feb 2023. Aside from its digital release, the live album was also issued as a 2-CD set, as a 2-CD plus DVD set, as a 2-CD plus Blu-ray set, and as a 3-disc vinyl record set. Three editions of the vinyl release were issued: a regular edition on black vinyl, a limited edition on white vinyl, and a limited edition on red vinyl.
