The "Lucky Man" error

Here's a list of all releases that had "Lucky Man" on the B-side. As it's well known, some of them incorrectly state that the song is taken from the Tunnel Of Love album.

The Spanish version of the 7" issue was corrected later. The cover is the same in both versions but the label has some differences on the side 2. Here are two pictures
