As far as I know, there are at least 3 versions of the Greece vinyl pressing of Born In The U.S.A..

All versions seem to come with the same 4-page insert.

Test pressing:

I have a copy with no label on side 1 and a blank white label on side 2. The seller claimed that it's a test pressing. The sleeve is similar to version 3.
